What the job involved

This customer wanted to enclose their entry so they could walk between the garage and the front entrance door in safety. The existing plan had a dividing slat wall restricting access; resulting in the need to walk around in front of the closed garage to enter the house. This installation would be extremely challenging to most companies, as the main pillar was off set to the wall and there was nowhere to brace the security frame.

Our solution

The team delivered a new design frame, secured with a heavy gauge aluminium extrusion, and then installed the “Protec” double hinge door. The installer took the time to ensure the job was professionally completed to a high standard, and the customer was very pleased with the end result. At Rhino Security Doors and Windows, we will custom fabricate a security solution that will be extremely strong, aesthetically pleasing, at very good value. The example shows the quality to the wall to ensure the door is extremely secure. We also removed the slat wall, relocated the security sensor (Cordless), so the customer did not need to pay other people to finish the job.
